You’re a fierce Xbox NHL 10 gamer who sends his opponents to the cooler every time. You’re a hardcore player who likes the thrill of sports video game battles. Since you are more than able to mix it up with the top gamers, this is your moment to assert yourself in the video game world and proclaim your prowess in Xbox NHL 10. So it’s time you entered the arena, and duked it out, when you play sports video games for money. Wagering each other in sports video games for cash — these players aren’t screwing around.
If you want to demonstrate your expertise, scoring multiple goals, and snagging your adversary’s bankroll, is a tried and true method to asserting your greatness. Not that playing Xbox sports video games isn’t great… but when you play for money, it’s a lot more awesome. Finally, it’s the element that the video game world has long been missing. Your pals may throw around the bull, but now you have the chance to expose them as the big talkers they are – placing a bankroll on the game’s verdict is a real equalizer here.
By now, you’re thirsting to face off against the tough guys at Xbox NHL 10, what with all the machismo floating around here. Of course, you merely fancy to hit up the video game console, pull on your skates, set foot in to the ice and take part in the action. Who in hell wouldn’t? Just remember that in order to emerge the victor, it will require more than just overconfidence. Make sure you know what you’re doing out there… make sure your trash talk doesn’t exceed your abilities.
Or, in simpler terms: know the game. Don’t be the dumbass who goes off half-cocked, doesn’t know what he’s doing, and makes an ass of himself. Playing sports video games for money is a lot different than trying to get some babes at a bar, where half-hearted techniques might seem acceptable to you. Hold off on getting into a game until you’ve learned everything to know about the game play. If you don’t, and your rival does, well, there’s nothing colder than being the one to lose the wager. Once you’ve mastered the maneuvers of Xbox NHL 10 and it’s just one hat-trick after another, get off the bench and make some real cash out of your sports video game abilities.
Spot if there are any worthwhile (or even not good enough) challengers, and initiate inviting them to face off go toe-to-toe in the arena. And if they’re on the fence about going toe-to-toe, a little smack talk is sure to push them over the edge. If there’s one thing about the hardcore gamers, they don’t walk away from a challenge. But in the end, we’re sure you’ll talk some trash, play your match, and win some cash. Not that the video game world is surprised, given the popularity of EA’s NHL series, but Xbox NHL 10 takes things to new heights. As truly incredible as the graphics to NHL 09 were, these are even more vivid and realistic. And the animation is even more fluid.
While remaining true to the NHL formula of high-octane video hockey, Xbox NHL 10 throws in some new wrinkles that are going to juice up the video game world. A new addition that’s sure to be a favorite of hardcore gamers is the post-whistle action, which, as you can probably figure out, lets gamers have it out after the whistle is blown. More specifically, players have a brief but great opportunity to sneak in a few checks – and a cheap shot or two, which then sets the stage for the brawl that you’re coveting. And it’s just a matter of time before your teammates come swarming to your defense and start throwing a few shots of their own, courtesy of the new level of sophistication in gaming technology.
As someone can require from the activity famous for its clashing, the fights habitually deteriorate into a outright scuffle. Of course, giving the game even more flavor is the Xbox NHL 10 soundtrack. Sports video games just need the soundtrack in order to take things to the next level, and luckily, Xbox NHL 10 gives the hardcore gamers what they want. Explore at this catalog: “Young Cardinals” by Alexisonfire, “Deathsmarch” by Cancer Bats, “Hellions on Parade” by CKY, “Golden Years” by Disco Ensemble, “Heroes of Our Time” by Dragonforce, “Anything ‘Cept the Truth” by Eagles of Death Metal, “Oye Vaya” by Earl Greyhound, “Know Your Enemy” by Green Day, “Peace Sells” by Megadeth, “Wake Up! Wake Up!” by MeTalkPretty, “Keys to the City” from Ministry & Co-Conspirators, “Kids in America” by MxPx, Nickelback’s “Burn It to the Ground,” Papa Roach’s “Into the Light,” “Raccoon Eyes” by Priestess, “The Bravest Kids” from Rancid, Scorpions’ rock anthem “Rock You Like a Hurricane,” and “Fire It Up” by Thousand Foot Krutch.
Taking notice of the songs supplies an further feature to the complete sensation – you will claim you are down on the ice, playing in the unadulterateditem. And just when you think NHL 10 is as realistic as it gets, another feature, the intimidation tactics, make it even more of the real deal than you could ever imagine. You really want to excite the audience, then start giving your rival a tough time and get in his face on the rink. And the crowd is more animated than Charo after a double-espresso. They’re in tune with the action on the rink. The audience has a field day, depending on what’s happening on the ice – they’ll cheer, they’ll jeer. So you get in the opportunity to get the viewers rising to their feet and shouting approval for you – if you achieve quite a few amazing plays, of course.
Even though this doesn’t seem fair, we want you to think about this. See what your pop was doing for video game entertainment in his time, after you’ve given Xbox NHL 10 the once over. This was before the revolution that gave us 8-bit and then 16-bit games – 4K was as good as it got. And then this was what folks conserved their currency and bought in the early part of the 1980s, if they wished for to get in a sports video game – those video game buffs didn’t have it trouble-free: It doesn’t look like a video game – but in the dawn of the video game era, this was deemed to be “state of the art” graphics. All you had were four men on the non-scrolling rink. A player and his goalie.
The option to pick your team of choice was out of the question. Though here’s a thing you’re not going to accept as true. This game was considered one, if not the, best sports video games available, upon its release. Getting your game on way back when began and ended with this one. This crude, blocky stuff was, in 1982, a game that had people literally in awe of the graphics and animation. Contrast this to what EA is currently offering with NHL 10, although maybe we’re talking apples and oranges here: Whichever of your ancestors was indulging in this relic was existing in the video game pre-historic times, bluntly speaking. Despite the great strides that the 8-bit gaming brought to the video game world, even that can’t compete with today’s unbelievable Xbox hockey. If you do not rely on us, then have a look at this one: now you can to decide from numerous teams – six to be specific.
And to imagine that the video game world was firm that the high point of cartridges had gotten there with this one. If you’re not temporarily blinded from viewing that one, get another gander at what NHL 10 has to offer, and once again be thankful for today’s video game technology. The greatness is amplified when you realize just how many NHL 10 features were nonexistent in the older games. There was no Battle for the Cup, no Playoff Mode, no Season Mode, no Be a GM or Be a Tough Guy. And let’s not get started on the lack of online gaming back then. The one thing you may possibly do in the good old days was to stay wishing. The best you were going to get at that point in time was blinking graphics and six paltry teams to pick from.
However, Xbox NHL 10 takes sports video games to a whole new level. That’s why nobody should be too shocked that the reviews are all highly enthusiastic, calling this game one of the best sports video games to ever be released. Once you get a taste of the game, where the players move so flawlessly that you won’t be able to tell the difference between NHL 10 and an actual hockey game, you won’t disagree with the critics. Much credit has to be given to EA, who set the bar even higher for sports video games with their latest entry. The players’ facial expressions alone are amazing – they’ve got more life and attitude than the cast members of your girlfriend’s favorite daytime dramas. Too there are the fight scenes, that contain a first person perspective which you will not reckon. It’s just like an actual brawl – but without causing damage to your internal organs.
Gary Thorne and Bill Clement are on hand to deliver their usual, eerily accurate commentary, just like in NHL 09. Getting this duo is another selling point for NHL 10. Remember these two chaps’ experience. You have Bill Clement, aka “Clement, Clement, Hand of Cement,” a respected NHL All-Star, as well as an ESPN star. As well Clement’s cohort Gary Thorne, anotherparticipant from the ESPN team, is a very remarkable sports personage in his own right. You’ll be blown away when you listen to this pair’s game commentary. Xbox NHL 10 is so accurate that you will be certain that the pair is sitting in your residence. Video game fans will be pleased with another one of Xbox NHL 10’s new features, precision passing.
NHL 10 allows players to have better control of the puck’s velocity, unlike NHL 09. And on top of that, you can, depending on your aim and strength of the slap shot, bank your passes off of the board. Yet another innovation that’s got the video game world abuzz – for the first time, Xbox NHL 10 lets gamers battle on the boards. That is correct sir – you can now thwart your opponent from snagging the puck by kick-passing it to a teammate, in those instances where you have the puck but are pinned up against the boards. Then again, if the tables are turned and you’re the one doing the pinning, you’ll really give him a run for his money – provided you’re the better man on the ice.

Do you like poker and video games? If you do, you’ll probably love video-poker. It combines the fun of slot machines with the skill of poker. Although it uses technology, the main rules of poker are essentially the same.
In video-poker it’s the ultimate battle of man vs. machine. The players go up against the terminal instead of other players, but the goal remains the same.
Video-poker is enjoyable and easy to learn. It has become popular with people of all ages. This is evidenced by the amount of video poker games showing up in casinos recently. There are also a number of varieties of the game.
Multiple game casinos also provide different video poker games on a single machine. These amazing machines can accommodate more than five players per game. Video poker machines provide players with endless choices.
Some people enjoy playing against the machines than real players. They feel machines will act less unpredictable than other people during a game. This has led to huge growth in video poker games.
Video poker is a little different than other slot games. To win, the player needs to hit the other high-paying hand to cash out. The player is assured a 95 to 100% return of the money played in most games.
Five percent doesn’t seem like a lot but it can make a difference to a hardcore player, since most people don’t just play one hand. The game can be addictive and they may not want to leave the machine until they make up their losses.
It’s not reasonable to expect to win every hand. Poker is meant to be an enjoyable diversion, so don’t bet more than you can afford to lose. Come up with a strategy and you will likely succeed more than you fail.

If you are someone who is keen to know how Wii game copying is done, you have reached the right place. Going through this article will equip you with the requisite knowledge to make backup copies of these immensely popular games. If you were to play Nintendo Wii games then you must know for sure how delicate the game disks are and what happens when they get scratched. Regular damage of disks means that you will need to spend substantial amounts of money on buying new games, over and over again. This will not happen if you were to know about the entire process involved in copying the game. Contrary to what many people think, making backup copies of these games are a real possibility.
You should not make the mistake of using the banana or alcohol tricks in order to fix scratches on your game disks. These tricks do not offer a permanent solution and you will only end up getting more frustrated. You need to know that the disks are fragile and no scratch can be permanently fixed. The only way available to you is in the form of Wii game copying. This has been made simple, thanks to the availability of specialized game copying software nowadays.
Once you have the game copying software, the other things that you need for Wii game copying are a reasonably fast PC, the latest DVD burner and some quality blank DVDs. You should never make the mistake of using ordinary software that is used for copying music or movies, since they will not work in this case.
The Wii game copying process, once you have everything ready with you is very simple. All that you need to do is to put the original game disk into the disk drive and copy it on your hard drive. The game copy software will then make a copy of the image on the hard drive to a blank DVD. The entire process will hardly take a few minutes.

Xbox 360 is a renowned and liked video game console, acknowledged for its unbelievable quality of graphics with the option to play online. Currently it is one of the best video game consoles on the market, but there are a few problems. The most common problem is the “red ring of death”, which mean that a red light is lit around the power button, when there is a problem with the Xbox. Specifically, it means that there is a hardware failure, which means it has to be shipped back to Microsoft in order to be fixed. But since it is a very widespread and common problem, Microsoft offers an extended warranty; they will repair any problem free of charge, including the red ring of death.
Even though your Xbox 360 will be repaired by Microsoft, you still have to send your console and then wait for it to get repaired so it can be sent back to you. Ideally, you would want to avoid the red ring of death, or repair the problem yourself. If you learn to repair it yourself, you will be able to save a lot of time, that will be wasted during sending and then waiting for the console after it has been repaired. A useful tip to avoid the red ring of death is to save your console from overheating. This requires air circulation to your Xbox 360 to avoid overheating.
Majority of the people who own Xbox 360 prefer to keep it inside a cabinet, but this can cause overheating easily. A well-known solution known as the towel method makes the problem even worse, because wrapping the console in a towel makes the chances of overheating even higher, and damage the CPU along with other hardware of the console. The best way to avoid the red ring of death is to keep your console in a well ventilated or air conditioned place, to prevent overheating.

PlayStation 3 is the most popular gaming system among people of all ages. There are some of the PlayStation 3 problems that are annoying for every user. Most PlayStation 3 problems are easy to fix yourself and I will be focusing on some of the problems and will be giving solutions for them that you can do yourself.
One of the PlayStation 3 problems is disc freezing. While playing if the disc freezes in the middle and it isn’t working at all, be it a DVD, CD, or a Blue ray the solution is to eject the disc out of the system, clean the spots, smudges and dust. Insert it back and check if it works. If it still doesn’t work then you should try to use a different disc of the same format. If the problem persists, then the only solution is to send the system to the manufacturer for repair which could cost up to $150 or more.
Another PlayStation 3 problem that you might be facing is console heating. The PlayStation 3 might be over heated if there is no proper circulation. If the system is flashing red or yellow light or it’s not turning on, it is the indication that the system has over heated. The solution to such a problem is to remove all cables, and move the console to an area where there is proper air flow so that the console can be cooled off. You may also blow compressed air into the vents just to make sure that there is proper air circulation in the vent. PlayStation 3 should not be kept in some close space like a cabinet or a box. It should always be kept in an open space to ensure proper air circulation. If these tips and tricks did not work for you there is a guide that we have listed in our blog that can help you with further problems.

This is the most user friendly XBox 360 game copying guide you will ever read. I’m so confident that it’s so user friendly I’m willing to bet that even Jesus could have followed this guide and could have made successful backup copies of his XBox 360 games.
Enough of the hype, lets get started.
You will need;
- Game copying software
- Blank disks
- Original game disks
- Less than 10 minutes of your time
If you’re not willing to spend money to copy your video games then you may as well turn back now because you will need to spend a small amount on the game copying software. Don’t worry, though. It’s very affordable and will pay for itself over time.
Once you have all of the above, you can begin copying your XBox 360 video games. Install the game copying software to your hard drive on your computer; this will take a couple of minutes.
Once the software is installed simply run it from its location by clicking on its icon, either on the desktop front page or the programs list from the start menu. The program will display within seconds, you will then need to tell the program that you want to copy a video game. Next insert the original game disk and blank disk into your computer when prompted to do so, your computer will then do the hard work for you and copy your video game.
Once the game has been copied, the computer will eject the copied game and original game out of it’s disk drives. Within minutes you will have successfully copied an XBox 360 game.

The process of how to download Playstation 2 games to DVR doesn’t have to be a tough one. It is actually relatively easy and is only a 3 step process (read the game, patch it and then burn the game).
1) Firstly, you need to insert game into your CD drive.
2) Next, you will need to open up the CDRWIN (a complete CD Burner software) program and click on the extract disk/tracks/sectors button.
3) Make sure that your settings are as follows:
You need to select disk image/ cue sheet for the “extract mode”
Select “raw” for “read options”
Select “abort” for the “error recovery”
Select “auto” for “jitter correction”
For “subcode analysis” select “auto”
Audio Speed and Data Speed need to be the same
Type 0 for “read retry count”
Type 300 for “sub-code threshold”
Select the correct drive that you have your PS2 game in.
Type the name of the game for your file name and choose the directory that you are putting that file in and press start.
If you are using a disk that is scratched, you may get an error code that will come up in the middle of reading the disk will say something to the effect of “can’t read sections xxxx-xxxxx of disk”, because the CDRWIN cannot read it. You can try cleaning the disk, but if that will not work, you may have to use a different copy of the PS2 game.
4) Click OK and exit once CDRWIN is done and open up the patcher for PS2, selecting the game file you just made and patch it using the “RAW” option.
5) Next, close the patcher for PS2 and open up Fireburner and click the button for the visual cue burner. A ‘.cue’ file should automatically have been created when you made the .bin file or the game file in CDRWIN. You will need to drag and drop the ‘.cue’ file to the Fireburner window. If you cannot locate the ‘.cue’ file, you can drag and drop the ‘.bin’ file into the Fireburner and right click on your file in the Fireburner window, selecting the “Burn/Test burn”.
6) Select your CD writer in the options window and choose your writing speed. You want select TOA – “Track at once” for your recording method. Check the “eject CD” and the “close session” choices located at the right of the options window. Last, but not least, click OK and your PS2 game will begin to burn.
That should rightfully teach you how to download playstation 2 games to DVR – Enjoy!

I am the type of person that loves uncovering great, free programs to download. I’m constantly on the lookout, and every once in a while I’ll uncover a pretty awesome gem. I’d like to go ahead and share with you 4 new free programs that I’ve recently found!
GIMP
If you’re looking for a great image editor for free, then look no further. If you don’t have the extra money to splurge on brand name software, this program will do the trick. With a download size weighing in at around 17 megs, this is your ultimate answer to all of your image manipulation needs. You’ll be delighted to know that it is a relatively small program that won’t hog resources, but will give you all of the bells and whistles such as layers, masks, effects, filters, channels, versatile text tools, etc. This software is very comparable to commercial software, and it’s totally free. Happy editing!
7-Zip
I did a review a while back on WinRAR, and I got a lot of feedback urging me to try out 7-Zip. So of course, I downloaded the installer and was pleasantly surprised. If you’re still using WinZip, it’s time to push it aside and make room for 7-Zip! 7-Zip is a file compression utility that is most noted for its insane file-shrinking abilities, which out-do all of its competitors by a long shot. The interface is easy to navigate as it is targeted toward the average computer user and not a programming expert. I’d highly recommend checking this one out, as you won’t be disappointed.
Thunderbird
I recently began using Thunderbird as an alternative to “Windows Mail” which sadly no longer supports the ability to connect to site-based email like Hotmail or Gmail. I was impressed by the sole fact that even though it DID support my Gmail account unlike Windows Mail, but it actually performed better at updating my inbox quicker! The software sports a very clean interface, and it’s very easy to navigate to say the least. This makes for a great email client, if you don’t already have it. I’d recommend comparing it to your preferred client as well!
Wakoopa
Wakoopa is a fairly “unheard of” application that really deserves some publicity. Wakoopa is an application that records statistics about your usage of applications and games and then makes recommendations according to the software you like. The program lets you know where your time is going and to what software it is going to! Don’t prepare to be spending too much time with this program as it runs unseen in the background (which is a plus if you are normal and don’t like having to deal with 80 different programs at once). Nice!

Psp Game Tip Articles
Many of us understand the importance of backup software and we have a general understanding of what it can do for us, but some of us really don’t know exactly how this type of software works. What, exactly, do backup and recovery programs do? Just how do they work? Here’s the information you need if you want to know exactly how backup programs work to protect the information stored on your computer’s hard drive.
We all know that backup programs make copies of the information on our hard drives, but the software that does this is more advanced than just making copies of your information when you tell it to. The software will automatically backup the data on your hard drive according to a backup schedule. Depending on how you set the software up it will make full backups and incremental backups at specified intervals.
The information backed up by the software is then stored, either on disks or with a remote backup service. The data is usually compressed to make manual storage of the information more manageable. Think about it, if your backup software did not compress the files on your computer it would take quite a bit of portable memory to store the files.
Should you run into a situation where you need to restore your computer the backup software will quickly restore the information that was on your hard drive, usually within a matter of minutes depending on how complicated your computers settings were and how many files were stored on there. Fortunately the good backup programs make restoring your computer easy. You just have to follow the prompts to get yourself up and running again.
So now that you know how backup programs work, and why it is different than just copying your documents to a disk, you can begin finding the backup and recovery software that’s right for you.

People are still trying to figure out the difference between PS2 and PS3 game disks. It’s not the fact that the PS3 is fairly new and people are not yet accustomed to its functioning methods, it’s just the fact that the older PS2 version was easier to copy, and in some circumstances you could have done it even with the help of a normal DVD burner and your home computer. Now, with the new protected game DVDs, things a bit more complicated, and since the hungry PsPS3 3 fans already tried the old method and failed, the world still thinks that they can’t copy PS3 games at all. This is why game disks are handled with extreme care and one too many users had to buy more that just one copy of a certain game just to make sure it will still be usable until they get to finish it.
While some people are still trying to figure out why their game disks copied with usual software do not have more that just a couple of megabytes on them, others are enjoying the full benefits of clear copies, that work just fine.
Trick 1: Before using a game disk, consider coping the PS3 games entirely. In time they get less and less efficient and will eventually be unreadable. The very first use of a game disk start the wearing off process, so the backup copies should be done immediately after it’s taken out of its original casing.
Trick 2: Always used specialized software to copy PS3 games. Usual burning programs do not work, and trying all of them will only add up to the painkillers amount you need to get through all the stress related headaches. When using a burning program especially designed to copy PS3 games and create usable and stable backups, everything becomes a lot easier.
